Hi, I’m Sky.

I’ve always been a “superfan” myself - from my first fan club membership at 7 years old, to connecting with and running fan pages, being part of band ambassador programs, to studying music management & fan engagement at university.

After starting out at Universal Music Germany and a few years with Sony Music Entertainment Germany, I’ve built significant expertise in community strategy, engagement marketing, CRM, and project management.

  • Created strategies to grow artist lists from zero to over 10k+ fans

  • Built fan outreach programs, enabling superfans to support their favorite artist

  • Built and managed Discord servers, enabling community moderators and selling out pre-sales & physical product through community-first pre-order strategies
